*hugs* You have accomplished SOOOO much in the last year or so! You go, Supermom... you are doing what people all over the world write off as impossible!
GO GIRL! I haven't visited in a while, and I am SO INSPIRED! I have not lost during pregnancy~the food aversions and throwing up were more than I've ever experienced. Not a sob story, but I look forward to now gettin' it in gear! (((((HUGS))))) sandi
You look terrific. And inspirational. Just started my diet this week, and I'm about at your starting point. But I know I can do this, as I've done it in the past.
You look sooo much younger!! And healthy and happy.... and waht a cute little guy! I totally missed this post last month (I have let me blog reading go during the busy summer) but I am glad I popped over and found it! You've been such a great supporter while I struggle, lose, and gain and I so appreciate your friendship! And thank you for the great insight on your version of calorie-counting. Brilliant! I think I can do that :)
You have really done awesome! I was led to your blog tonight from a link on Escape From Obesity - glad I clicked on it. Congrats on your success, and here's to your continued success!
Ahh, Congratulations! You look so much younger it's amazing! You've done fantastic for yourself, be proud for you and for the fact that you represent the goals of so many, and inspire so many :)
Oh wow, you look awesome. I stumbled on your blog as I was looking for inspiration, so glad I found you. Awesome, awesome, awesome job....I can't believe my eyes. Great job!
You look AMAZING! And at least 10 years younger! I'm in the middle of losing about 100 pounds and those pictures are so inspiring. Would you mind sharing your starting weight?
Jan, my weight started at a high of 272.5 lbs. I was 12 weeks pregnant when I started my healthy lifestyle and I hadn't even put on any baby weight yet but I already weighed so much! That was a little over a year ago. When this "after" picture was taken, I weighed, I think, 165.5 lbs, so I had lost 107 lbs.
I now weigh 163.5 pounds, and I'm hoping the scale keeps going down for a while longer. (I'm only 5'2" tall.)
You look bee-yoo-tiful, Becky! You should be so very proud.
