  10. You look terrific. And inspirational. Just started my diet this week, and I'm about at your starting point. But I know I can do this, as I've done it in the past.

How did I let myself gain this weight again?

  12. congratulations!! It's not easy to shed pounds believe me, I know!

...and it's much more difficult to stop shedding some weight because it's like an addiction, you want to lose more!!

You look great, I wish you know when to stop and be proud of your own body, for health's sake :)

  13. You look sooo much younger!! And healthy and happy.... and waht a cute little guy! I totally missed this post last month (I have let me blog reading go during the busy summer) but I am glad I popped over and found it! You've been such a great supporter while I struggle, lose, and gain and I so appreciate your friendship! And thank you for the great insight on your version of calorie-counting. Brilliant! I think I can do that :)

Lyn linked to you today so I had to come take a peek.

I also have to say though that you were attractive as a larger version of you as well.

What an inspiration you are. This takes alot of effort and dedication to achieve.

  21. Jan, my weight started at a high of 272.5 lbs. I was 12 weeks pregnant when I started my healthy lifestyle and I hadn't even put on any baby weight yet but I already weighed so much! That was a little over a year ago. When this "after" picture was taken, I weighed, I think, 165.5 lbs, so I had lost 107 lbs.

I now weigh 163.5 pounds, and I'm hoping the scale keeps going down for a while longer. (I'm only 5'2" tall.)
