Gained

Well, the verdict is in and, despite all of my hard work, I am up half a pound this week. Still, I'm 38 weeks and 3 days pregnant, so I am still doing pretty good, and maybe I'll see a loss next week as long as I keep up the hard work.

My Slimming World consultant asked if I'd be okay with being featured in our local paper about my 43 pound weight loss while pregnant. I think it'd be interesting to do, and it might help me keep my motivation too.

  1. Wow, you are doing GREAT! I'm so impressed. In my case, the munchies can be triggered by eating certain foods (what I call trigger foods) but I also need some kind of snack associated with that much exercise, as it can crash my blood sugar. So, I make sure I've eaten within two hours of starting to exercise and if I exercise a long time, plan a good snack after, with some protein, good carbs and good fat. You really are doing GREAT! Why not do the article? You are a great example and encouragement to women would would like to do what you are doing and so many need it. Thanks for dropping by my blog! Delita
