Doing This The Right Way

I'm eating healthy and making sure I eat enough food, and I'm limiting my exercise to a reasonable daily amount. I feel good, relaxed and fit. Hopefully, my body will let me lose some weight this week.

  5. That's the way to go, I think. In the long run you want healthy changes that are sustainable, and overworking your body or underfueling it too drastically can cause more problems than any real good.

    I hope you lose at this next weigh-in!
