Extra exercise was not enough to counteract the Chinese food I ate on Saturday. I went up half a pound at the weigh-in. However, I am due to give birth in 3 weeks and 4 days, so a half pound gain this week is not as horrifying as it would otherwise be. I am certain I will lose at least one more pound before this baby arrives. I will just keep working at it.
And I'm still down a total of 41 pounds.
No giving up!
I am newly pregnant with #6. I am 41 and~I can't believe I'm writing this~299 pounds. I remembered your blog from years ago and came by to be encouraged, and you have blown me away! I have been making very good choices and exercising and am hoping to follow in your footsteps. *THANK YOU!* for keeping this up and out there, as it's my blessing today! :)
